List of Silo Art in all states

As the topic says.  Has anyone got a comprehensive list of all of the current painted silos?

We have seen a few in Vic but don't want to miss any if we can help it.  Would be great to have a list as we start our travels in retirement.

There are some good ones in the Riverland of SA too + Kimba, I believe.

These aren't silos but there are good murals in Warrnambool, Bowen (Qld) - a list would be great! It can only benefit small towns that need tourists.

Agree, it would be great to have a list as I love tracking down and visiting them. Only thing is, it would be out of date as soon as it hit the stands.

I will ring you soon Warren, a few family things to sort out over weekend.

True enough, it but would save a lot of work/time researching all over the place for a lot of members

A few sites that I found with a quick search, you can compile your own list from them

May not be all of them, but it's a start

Interesting what they'll look like in about ten years time.
Apparently they deteriorate after that time.
Can the local communities of these towns raise another $50,000 to repaint them & is it worth it?
I doubt it.

Olive (Desert Dweller): if there's a possible downside to something then you're the person to find it.

Paint deteriorates as time goes by, obviously you haven't noticed.

Your brain seems to have done the same.

If you have wikicamps, go into the map and type silo into site name and it will bring up most of the current silos and watertanks/towers.
