Caravan Storage

Our van is now being stored under cover ( in a large shed no direct access to the sun).  What do I need to do to protect the battery whilst the van is in storage?  Terry

If the battery is an AGM, make sure it is fully charged and then disconnect it. It will be OK for at least 6 months.
Alternatively, connect a small (5W) solar panel to it that is in the sun from time to time to keep it topped up. Disconnected is also best.
Cheers,
Peter
