Holbrook vic worth a stopover

Camping sites, great little pub in town, bakery and rest area. Would be better if public respected the toilet cleaners. Yuk

Welcome to the gang Karen, enjoy here and out in the playground.

Sorry but where is Holbrook in VIC? The only Holbrook I know of is in NSW just north of Albury.

Has a better bakery than to famous one at Beechworth! Pat likes the craft shop too.

Karen, again welcome but please check which side of the border your towns are in. I trust you're not lost. In Nth Qld, anyone who comes from south of the "unofficial border" (Rockhampton) is called a "Mexican". Unfortunately, the statehood for North Qld is just a dream

This 'Mexican' should be the home of the Cowboys by mid June, Warren. Looking forward to a few Months there too and I tell you that for free.

If NSW I loved the Sub in the main street and the associated museum. I spent a week in the town and explored the area and Mountains area.

Its a really good stop. The Submarine museum is really worth a look, fascinating story of Captain Holbrook and look through the full size submarine.

We would always stop at the Chinese restaurant on the way home, great food

Shame the town is now bypassed on the run through
