This is probably old news for some, but today I discovered that I couldn't make a withdrawal from my ANZ bank account at a post office - apparently as from January 15 ANZ ended its agreement with Australia Post for personal banking facilities. The other Big Four banks still have banking facilities at post offices.

Hello Joe,
Since the Banking Royal Commission, some banks including mine (Bendigo) have removed a number of ATMs. I can now go to any of the Big banks & withdraw for no fee. Hope that helps - if there is a bank, other tan ANZ in the town you visit.

Thanks Warren, it's no big deal for me as I still have a CBA savings account I used when I was working so can use that. When I googled the subject I found an item with an ANZ phone number for customers to get more info, so will give them a call and see if reciprocal arrangements have been made with other banks.
