Fiat Ducato 2016 problem with wiring.

When I connect a trailer to my Avida (on 2016 Fiat Ducato) M/home my running lights on the trailer only, are permanently on, I have permanent power to contact seven (second contact from the right)on my flat plug, there should be no hot wires at the back off the chassis. The vehicle has had a recent service and I'm sure the problem was not there before the service.Has anyone had this problem?

I have had very bad experience of similar problems. Take it to an Licenced Auto Electrician - Don't trust MH Dealer or manufacturer to touch any wiring they have a reputation that is justly deserved IMHO. You are most probably correct in assuming problem caused at service.

Running lights should be on whenever the engine is running.
What happens when you turn on the head lights?

The trailer lights are on permanently, I suspect the problem  may be in a relay, but not able to locate it. Thanks for your input.
