Bendigo Country Music Show

My usual disclaimer, is that I am not usually associated, with anyone selling anything

But...

I know the man who runs this show, so my recommendation is only that of a happy customer

Second Sunday of every month, except January, 6pm to 10.30pm

Golden Hills Motel, Morang Street, Golden Square (a suburb of Bendigo, Victoria)

Good Country and Western type music, from Ernie Johns, (the man who runs Tamworth Red Cross Hall, in January)

$6 entry fee, and receive a free, door raffle ticket, for what looked like a (largest) box of chocolates

Roast of the day $13

You do not have to buy food or drink; there is plenty of parking, as I had no problem parking my motorhome

It appears to be a popular event, as it was booked out in February and March, so a phone booking to the motel, may be a wise thing to do, or take your chance that someone does not turn up, on the night

If you are passing through that area, it is ( in my opinion), worth a look

I free camped out at Huntley, about 8 kilometres the other side of Bendigo

On other Sundays, there are other music shows, at this venue, but they are a bit more expensive
