Shower head

Anyone bought a good shower head with an off & on switch, that does a good job? now On the second one, looked good but the switch was a slide type with gets so hard to move, in the end took it out ready to replace. Need Australian fittings so can just screw it on the hose, as sometimes the sites are USA with different fittings.

appreciate any suggestions.

Go to Bunnings get fitting to screw onto shower outlet AFTER taps with its own tap. They just screw on. We use this out bush, once in shower with hot/cold mix set, just turn off single tap to conserve water. Soap up and rinse off easy.

Thanks Guru; Would prefer switch on the tap if I can find one that works! Just that shower [and water] is piped to the rear of shower area. I only have a SWB VW so to allow myself luxury of having a shower/toilet inside [feel safer as I travel alone, and camp very isolated spots] I went without a sink or water supply in the main sleeping part of van. So I need to use the shower also for 'tiny' kitchen bench as well.
Does not work as good if I have to stretch across the shower base to turn the water off and on.
Do not carry large amounts of water.

Possibility same sort of fitting you suggested, in Bunnings I may be able to fit next to the shower head on the end of flexy hose, then stretch the hose across? will think about this.
