Always fascinates me that truck drivers will complain ( with good cause ) about cars cutting in front of them and steeling their braking distance. But will happily tailgate a vehicle that they they would like to intimidate to go faster. Landy

I had an experience on the new highway work south of Ballina, I was following a B double as their was no where to overtake. Had another B double sitting on my tail. The only time he backed off was prior to Wardell near the 80 k speed camera. Then sat a couple of meters behind me again until I got to Broadwater where I turned off the highway.
landy, you are correct, they need to get their act together.
Phil, must have been an escapee from the Bruce Hwy, Qld mob. I reckon 80% of them do exactly the same. Too much horsepower/kw and definitely No Speed limiters fitted.
