I am currently corresponding with Jayco (St Marys Office) about some warping or buckling on the external wall paneling (aluminium), mainly on the passenger side of the caravan.
After I supplied photos' of the dis-figurement, they responded that it was "NORMAL' and "within specification". The warping can be as much as 3-5 cm from straight, at varying points along the side 0f my 18' van.
I do NOT believe that any company would knowingly release any product that far out of spec, let alone stating that it is considered to be within manufacturing tolerances and normal.
Have any other nomads experienced this problem 2010 Starcraft corrugated Aluminium paneling. And if so, how did you address the issue? Did Jayco assist with the corrective measures?
Is it worse in hot weather ? Its more aesthetics than anything . Trouble is resale value . Could end up with $50+ van you cannot sell. Try saying its with in tolerance to the next purchaser .
Know someone who had a Jayco 2016 model, same thing happened and he persisted with Jayco at Nowra where bought from and van was taken to Melbourne and they replaced whole right side of van. Certainly looked crappy when looking at it at the time. No photos from me as didn't have camera with me at the time.

Sounds as though ur frames are warping or broken internally saying its within spec for a jayco or across all brands is bs ask where in their specs that is written and get them to show you
Run a string line down the sides take pics . Seems more to be bad quality control on assembly ? Yes the fix is not cheap .it will have to be go back and re assembled welded.,
