For any travellers on the Bruce Highway north of Townsville Nov 19-21 - 8pm to 4am.

The rail overpass (used to go into Qld Nickel's refinery) is going to be removed.

Some vehicles will be escorted past the works but that excludes heavy & long vehicles inc caravans. They say to take alternative routes - there are none except the inland run! For anyone planning to travel this route at those times, it may be wise to have an early night!
