Finley to Jindabyne

Hello to all, I'm a new caravan traveller making my way from Finley to Jindabyne in December. Can anyone suggest the best way to travel . I have driven thru Tallangatta - Corryong - Khancoban - Crackenback - Jindabyne by car only a couple of years ago and was sure I saw signs saying No Caravans Permitted  on the roadside just on from Khancoban. Does this sound right?

Would I be better to go to Wagga Wagga - Tumut - Cooma?

My van is a 15' New Age, 'Little Joey' towed by a DMAX.

Any advise appreciated.

Cheers

G'day DearWatson and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit. Plenty of great advice and folks on here.

Can't helpre your enquiry as we are based in the West

Welcome to the gang Dear Watson, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I think you second choice might be a better way as there are many CV 'Un' friendly roads around. Tumit is a nice area to have a peak around.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.
