DC to DC question

I have installed a DC to DC charger however it doesn't seem to charge the auxiliary battery to its full capacity but is showing 13.2 volts. The charger is a voltage 30amp which is at the back of my tub charging directly to the battery in an ark pak (not through the ark pak 4amp charger). I have driven from Victoria to Queensland and although the charge is showing 13.20 volts when I turn the ark pak on, as there is no need to have it running all the time, it is showing only 80% charged. I have just purchased a new 125amp battery and aligned the settings through the ark pak, and I am worried I will damage the battery if it continues to under charge. if anyone can shed light on what is going on please let me know.

Martin, you might be better to post this in the general forum... Not everyone comes here.

Yes I didn't look before I submitted my question, I have put it on tech questions since then however I did have a solo question. Is anyone going to Tipooburra in the near future, I am heading there in a few weeks from Queensland and looking for any information contacts etc
Cheers
Martin
