Which GPS should we buy for our Iveco MH

We have purchased a new  MH on a Iveco chassis. The GPS in it is terrible (slow). Has anyone had any experience with a

Zenec Z-N626 Any advice would be appreciated

I like my trusted Tom Tom . You get use to the program . New inbuilt GPS seem to ask too many questions .

Hi Landcruiser, I would thoroughly recommend this unit in link below. I have it in an 2014 Iveco 50C21

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2-DIN-32GB-2GB-Octa-Core-Android-6-0-Car-Stereo-GPS-DAB-OBD2-Radio-Touchscreen/282631646428?hash=item41ce28acdc:g:HD0AAOSwXrVZ4H0c

It has Android 6.0

They now have Android 7.1 like the one below

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2DIN-2GB-32GB-Octa-Core-6-2-Android-7-1-Car-DVD-Player-GPS-Head-Unit-OBD2-DAB/302671305649?hash=item46789d9bb1:g:JUgAAOSwLx5aqhiD

I have a Samsung S8 and can hotspot the headunit to the phone and run the exact same apps on both so there is only one learning curve. Any Android phone will be the same. The steering wheel controls all work and they can be programmed for what you like (son in law did this).

I have installed Sygic Navigation (offline, no internet data) and Wikicamps on it. Open Sygic, open Wikicamps, find campsite, hit the "Get Directions" button and it will send info straight to Sygic and away you go. Not quite that easy, but close.

I also have an older unit, which is the same but slower. This unit is very fast startup. I can also play all my songs via USB stick on media player built in and has a revese camera built in.

Hi Landcruiser, the above reply was about my Iveco 2014 50C21. I will have to update the profile photo.

I have some screenshots if you like. I can't upload at the moment

It dosnt look as if anyone has any experience of the unit above. This is what Paradice Motorhomes recomend

Apart from the price difference, $1500 for the one you like with only 1yr map updates, against less than $350, I like the fact that all the apps I have on my Samsung S8 (or any Android) phone can be used on the Pumpkin Android unit I have gone with (Joying is another brand with the buttons a little different). Sygic can be loaded on 3 devices with one license $30 when on special, lifetime map updates. Wkicamps can be uploaded on unlimited devices (I think).

There is only one learning curve when using Android apps across multiple devices. This is the second Pumpkin product I have had, my Colorado has a slower operating system but runs exactly the same Android 4.4 and an older chipset.

If your $1500 unit is no good your stuck with it. Mine is very cheap in comparison but uses a high end operating system.. I used to have 2 seperate Pioneer in dash system in trucks that I owned that were approx $1500 and they were very inferior products.

Get Sygic and Wikicamps on your Android phone (with a $5 phone holder off ebay) and see how good it works. It is the same on the in dash unit
