Came AquaRV Error Message.

Have a brand new van with a Camec AquaRV 4 kg washer. Washing machine. Washes clothes then when time to drain washing water gives error message e3 cannot drain water. Checked drains and all clear. Could drain into grey tank anyway so shouldnât show blockage. Any clues.
