Heading North - Weather finally broken down south

Last days of School Holiday. Weather down south appears to have broken. No real reason to go north till now. In fact more reasons not to go north. We started planning our June 1 departure last week. I know many Grey Nomads who head north first day of 2nd school term or first week of May.

Still nice & humid up here (Townsville), Rusty!
Normally the end of the wet season is ANZAC Day but with the north having a late wet season (yippee, we got one at long last), it may pay to wait a while longer. We've still had cyclones in May before!
