I believe 97% of all Land Rovers built are still on the road The other 3 % have reached there destination

 Thats more a Toyota thing especially the 70 series vehicles. Looking at sales of LR there have not been many with this motor sold in Australia as most prefer the V8 or V6 Diesel.

The slogan on the back of Jeeps used to reed "There's Only One Jeep" people used to say its because they weren't game to build a second one.

Probably DD that's because the comments would have been in Hindi - isn't Landrover/Jaguar owned by that well known supplier of quality vehicles TATA Motors ? biggrinbiggrin

Landy that Landcruiser or Landrover (whatever it is) in your Avitar looks like it has a similar shape to an original 1940s Jeep maybe they didn't need to build a second one. biggrinbiggrin

Guess I can't argue with that logic Landy just cut with the Jeep jokes will you they make me nervous about handing over a check to them when I get home next week...by the way I said Jeep not Sheep I don't mind if you give our kiwi mates a hard time...biggrin
