Has anyone dealt with Vehicle Components in Qld , wondering what their service was like , they are pathetic with following up on E enquiries , I emailed them for a price to retrofit our suspension thru their website , to date haven't heard back in two weeks to my original enquiry a week back I rang and someone from sales was supposed to call back , I had to call again and said I'd wait on the phone , some guy answered and said he'd pass me to their workshop super for the quote . He spoke to me asked a few questions and another week later still no response .

I had excellent service when I bought suspension for our van 4 years ago. Not only was the service quick and obliging the product was excellent - I supplied measurements etc. and the components were manufactured shipped without delay . I found their work extremely accurate and very professional in its finish. It made my part , adapting it to our van, easy. The performance of their suspension, on our Fifth Wheeler, has exceeded my expectations - approx. 60,000kms. of mainly gravel "outback" roads so far.
Their advice etc. (via phone and EMail) whilst I was fitting the suspension was always timely and cheerful.

Excellent service has been my experience. Hurried phone call from the side of the road outside Mt Iza provided all the tech advice I needed, on the spot. Have been to their workshop a couple of times, too.
