Hi there. I thought you might like to try this recipe for ginger balls. They are delicious especially at xmas time or happy hour.
1 x 250g pkt milk coffee biscuits, crushed
125g preserved ginger, chopped
1/4 cup sultanas, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
2 tbls cocoa
1 x 400g can condensed milk
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Method: Combine all ingredients except coconut, mix well & form into balls. Roll in coconut, chill until firm. Will need to keep refrigerated.
