Roasted duck Weber q

With a  friend around in the baby q I roasted some pork. Fabulous!

I have never tried duck not ever but want to. Not interested in a copy and paste recipe but very much so intersted from those who have tried it on the q with succes or failure.

Its a with friend scenario so after a what two hour cookin would be good if it tasted atleast OK.

Mate I reckon the dog wouldn't eat it even if it was done on a Webber, (personal opinion).

tried to BBQ a duck, spent hours following a recipe , we boiled it first, then baked it in special sauces etc... but it was not very good at all. Very disappointing fatty.

The title of your post is Roasted Duck Weber Q and then you mention you tried to BBQ the duck followed by boiling it and baking it in special sauces, next time just roast it with lid down, don't torture it then drown it and finally stew it in special sauces designed to smother the flavour, duck is rich hence fatty but the process you put it thru you should have a visit from the RSPCA! Stick to strangling chickens, how the hell did you get away with that name?disbelief
