If you screw, clip, supply line on.
It could be a sealed system.
Try turning on the sink COLD tap.
relieve the pressure??.

As I said earlier, get some expert advice, if Avan cant/wont help you talk to another RV dealer, I'm sure it's not a complex problem, probably a stuck valve or similar.smile

This is a stupid suggestion I know but I have seen it where people using a garden hose with a stop valve on one end have connected it backwards to the mains tap.

Thanks everyone I have fixed the problem The non return valve was stuck I took it apart and blew through it then it worked
