We have just had ours repaired, for the same problem, no power. It was a blown transformer. The transformer feeds low voltage to the control panel. Total cost $130.
Thats a shame. If one light is on , we sometimes can change the setting from 25 to 21 or air con. To fan etc. n that works but if no lights can only think of fuse as doug said. Best to get in a professional. Regards
