We are looking at travelling from tibooburra to bourke and just seeing if any members have been along that road in the last couple years. We will be towing a semi off road van. We are looking to see it is no worse than the tanami. Thanking you all.

Hi, went from Bourke to Tibooburra in June, tis a good gravel road IMO. Was much better than the last time I used the Tanami about 4 years ago. Just keep Your eye on the weather forecasts & enjoy a wonderful part of the country.
Well, can let every body know that this road is a rough as the worst roads anywhere in australia, especially the last half. A no go unless uou are very desperate to travel it.
