What is fitted inside is Scangauge, Genuine Mazda switch for additional front locker (Harrop), Navman GPS with 6 camera input, ceiling mounted switch panel for air compressor, water pump, CB, GPS & side lights. 5V usb ceiling outlets for Safe T Cam etc I went to great lengths to keep the interior neat & tidy. Uncluttered. I did everything inside & out myself. 175hr approx. Saved myself around $14000 in chargeable labor. You could say a labor of love.
Lazy. Looked at getting the 6x6 through Multidrive in Geelong however they where not doing Mazda's at that time. Only Landcruisers. Just after I discussed it in length with them. Quite serious by the way. Several months later they produced a BT50 Extra cab with 6x6.
Either way we are very happy with the 6x4. SixWheeler where very professional & did a great job. The rear suspension is brilliant. The BT50 tows with a stability most would envy. Remaped at 170+ Kw and 610Nm with std exhaust. When fully loaded at 8000Kg it runs at around 20 - 22L per 100Km
Very happy with that also. Vehicle at 4300Kg is around 15-17 per 100Km. Did not want a big Ford F250 or Ram etc. Fare to big when it comes to going into the high country. My Back Yard.
