We are setting up a new truck for towing and I am trying to find if there is a GPS available that accepts a video input from a hard wired reverse camera. In our current vehicle we use an integrated in-dash unit but I am thinking of changing to an overhead mounted unit.
It would be a bonus if it will also run Oziexplorer.
Can anyone offer an suggestions or comments on what they may have. I don't want to go wireless as the caravan camera is hard wired and wireless quality is poor.
I used to have a Toyota with a double din GPS Six stack. Had a facility for two camera inputs. From what I understand the unit was supplied by an Aussie company called Polaris. They supply the public and are a very good quality unit.
They have a few different systems on their website.
Look at Digoptions. Their units will take oziexplorer. I had one in my last car. New car came with on and off road navigation, but I still use ozi on my tablet as the screen is bigger and I can read it at a glance.
