This is fertiliser and will distort and crystallise all the metal parts in the fuel train
The fuel co. Says "to bad so sad" so we are going to persue this further. Wish us luck.

Sorry to hear that you have had a problem, but Adblu is not a fuel, it is an additive to reduce emissions.
It is placed into a separate tank in the vehicle, not into the fuel tank.
Unfortunately in some service stations, it is dispensed near the diesel pump as Dougwe says. That really doesn't make it the fuel company/service station problem, any more than it was the Shell sites problem when I accidentally put unleaded into my diesel Prado, on a pump with diesel and unleaded.
hope you are on the road soon, and the repairs are less than the figures you quote.

Sorry to hear about that mate.
They all con us. One way or the other.
I reckon the only thing going in my diesel tank
is diesel, 2 stroke mower oil 250mil per tank. and every 8 or 10k kms.
I drop a tin of "Threebond" Super Engine Conditioner through the intake pipes.
Flushes some of the built up crap out.
and every 8\10k or so is often enuff, it doesn't harden too much
to cause problems if lumpy coming away.
I believe that Adblue should have an separate tank to hold it in it get mixed up on way or another in the engine
CAN'T YOU CLAIM ON YOUR INSURANCE?????
Just looked at the Ford site for what and how It should NEVER NEVER EVER be added to the diesel fuel tank
What is AdBlue®?
Many new diesel vehicles, including Ford Everest and 2.0L Transit & Transit Customs, now require the use of a Diesel Exhaust Fluid commonly referred to as AdBlue®. This fluid is automatically injected into the vehicles exhaust system to help reduce emissions of nitrogen oxide.
AdBlue® is stored in a small tank and, just like diesel fuel, must be kept topped up by the driver. Further information on AdBlue® can be found in the Owners Manua
Give me the old school engines any day this stuff for emissions is causing problems. My VW transporter 2008mdl has a DPF if go's it costs $4500 to replace and VW say its a throw away part. Humbugs.
I feel for you but seriously how did you manage to do that ?

Not me but a guy out bush just topped his tank with water till he got to a place who sells adblue . That's the adblue tank !!! Water still cleans exhaust .
Perhaps all the Euro emission control regulations will be the death knell for Diesels. I think that I read that VW are not exporting Diesels to the USA any longer.
If this keeps up my Petrol Patrol will be back in fashion if I & it live long enough.
Hi Michael, that is certainly not good. I have often seen the Add blue nozzle and thought I better keep my wits about me. My son at home a few yrs ago borrowed my 4x4 on a trip and put tank full of petrol in it. Lucky he realised his mistake and the workshop drained the tank and replaced with diesel. They charged him a nice penny for the work and I bet they did not tip the petrol away.
Maybe a good opportunity to put a Chevy 6.5 in Michael, I am half serious. After getting Brunswicks to put a turbo and intercooler in mine I am rapped now.
Hi Adblu has been around for a while a lot of the European manuf,Volvo, man, merc, use it to meet the new emission law`s ie,euro 5 reg, cummins are startin g to use it now it scania use it its injected into the exhaust system, and if you try to run your truck without it it will derate the engine until you top up the adblue tank witch is separate and marked adblue, you don't mix it with your normal diesel tank.mikeg
