Newbies🙋🙋🏻‍♂️

Hi all. Tom and I not yet retired but manage lots of short trips here in SA and Victoria. We own a Traveller 21.6ft van and have a Jeep to tow. Currently getting our gear together to do some free camping. We hope to join a local van club in the next year or so. Looking forward to some great travels and to making new friends along the way!!

G'day Tom and Glen, and let us be the first to welcome you.  Why not try out the two games on here - Who am I in the I digress section and Pick this Place in the general section.  Pick this place is a great way to find new places to visit.

Also a warm welcome from me, TomandGlen

There are plenty of caravan clubs around, they usually have meetings in paid camps

I have met plenty of travellers in the free camps, on their way to meetings, but I suppose that the free camps would not be large enough, to accommodate a caravan club

I hope that you have plenty of happy road trips, when you start travelling in earnest

Welcome to the gang TomandGlen, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I don't bother with 'Clubs' as I have been lucky enough to meet many members from here in my travells and have made great friends, some life long.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.
