I googled a great deal and found a number of unreliable looking possibilities. That said though, you may well have nailed it :). I'll have a look and we'll see. The Hino site itself was something of a disappointment it must be said but they must maintain a commercial focus I guess.

What you do Mack, is make up a "Debit Card". Linked to a new acc't
with no affiliation to any of your other acct's.
Open with $20 (then. Now??)
then just load with required sums to suit purchases done through it.

I don't have credit Rating or cards. So they can't get me there anyway,
you don't borrow, you don't have to pay back.

Hi Macka and Tony,
I'll be doing a bit more checking over the bus this weekend to find model numbers amongst other things (kindly parked up at a friends place until I sort the indicators out).
A lot of these online manual sites appear very unreliable and I would only risk a card with a very limited amount on it for that reason as you have pointed out.
I might get around to calling Hino tomorrow if I get a chance.
