Just got down to Perth and decided to check the price of Panadol Osteo tabs at Scarbourough Chemist, $10.95. Went around to Chemist Warehouse and got them for $4.95. Definitely better than Carnarvon's $7.95, it all seems to be a game for the Chemist's these days.
I just about live on Panadol Osteo and when it was taken off the PBS, it annoyed me somewhat with fluctuating prices from different chemists in our travels. Had an appointment with my doctor and he just changed my script to Osteo Mol which is on the PBS.

The PBS has tightened up on the prescribing of Osteo Mol and it can only be prescribed for some specific disease conditions.
I think Panadol Osteo is different in that it is a slow release tablet and also a stronger formulation so the two tablets are not entirely the same.

Thanks for the technical replies however, I was mainly referring to the different prices over a couple of kilometers. $10.95 down to $4.95. Some Chemists are thieves and some are good friends!!!!!!
