Weathersheilds on side windows.

We have just been given a set of weather shields for our Navara D40 that stick on the side windows.

Has anybody had experience with these items if so

Do they stay stuck on and is there much wind noise associated with them.

I apologise if this is covered else where in the forum but I haven't been able to find out much about them on how to apply.

Many thanks Pam and Chris

I have had them on my Colorado for nearly 3 years without any problems at all. Just clean the area they stick too and make sure it is dry first.

Thanks for that, Pam is a bit concerned that in extreme heat that we have in SA at times that they might come unstuck and take the paint off the car. Can't find any examples of this happening so assume there have been no problems. Thanks again, appreciate you responding.

Unfortunately, I have to be the negative one here and suggest you buy original for your vehicle. I have purchased several after market versions for different models and have always ended up throwing them in the garbage and spending the extra for the manufacturers brand. Now, if I buy a car, I get the dealership to install the manufacturers shields in the purchase price!
The prime example was my 1959 Corona, fantastic car, second hand. Purchased after market and those shields are still somewhere between Melbourne and Sydney. They both blew off and caused the separation of the new girlfriend and myself, I drove home, she caught the bus!

I tried them yrs ago.
Felt like they were sucking the air out of the car.
Felt like I couldn't breath. NO air movement at all.

All I do is open rear windows an inch or so.
Sucks all the crap out and gives a nice airflow over ears.
