G-day all. Just spent the day on the upper Macleay west of Kempsey.Had lunch at the Willawarrin pub. Would have to be the biggest  meals we have found in our travels. Could not eat it all so they gave us a take away box. Covered dinner as well. There is free camping across the road at the sports field,no power but has water, showers and toilets. The pub has only 2 spaces with power.

Would be a great spot to stay a few days to explore the upper valleys and reaches, great scenery .And this time off yr away from the crowds . Besides the pub there is a small general store which is like stepping back in time.
