Bathurst to Goulburn

Firstly all the best to every one for 2017

And now the silly question, Of the two (2) routes that Google maps give/show which is the better of the two (2) to travel with a caravan

regards

Better road through Porters Retreat but remember there are some serious downhill sections with tight curves near Abercrombie - You are on the Western slopes of the Great Dividing Range and Burragorang - Don't forget to stop off at Taralga for lovely village sights.

Two ways - as above via Porters Retreat and Oberon, or the other way is via Crookwell. Both are Ok to tow a caravan - I have done it many times. The Crookwell road has a short (10 km) section of good gravel. There are some steep sections on each road but take them quietly and you have no problems. There is no fuel or services (other than Oberon) on either road. Both roads very pretty.

Can get fuel at Black Springs also nice large park for a lunch stop. Also at Taralga.
Fuel is available at Crookwell, on other road.
