The Benalla Ensign published an article saying that Greens Lake will be closed for New Years Eve 2016/2017.  I will scan it tomorrow and add it to this post.

Correct! out by midday Friday 30/12/16 and can return midday 1/1/17.

All thanks to a 'few' that don't appreciate what a great place this is.
