Alls good with life again.

Good day all, thanks for your best wishes .I had a Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy done.

The op went well but 1 1/2 hrs longer then planed not that I know at the time.  I had some work done on the prostate

4 yrs ago. This dr said the first one stuffed up, so he had to take  everthing nerves an all. O well.

Feel really great  no pain to speak off, bit uncomfortable  sitting and getting in an out off bed.

Go back to Maitland Next thrusday to get the catheter out then see where life leads us from there.

Regards to all and keep save

G-day all , I have found one benefit from the op I find it hard to get warm I would be one of very few on the east coast
off this great land that would have a jumper on this afternoon. Should come in handy this wk end.
Spent 3 hrs in local hospital Thursday getting all checked out  they can not find any thing a miss. They think it may be a hormon thing
from the op. So long as it corrects it self before next winter or off to top end we go.

Heck, been 2 years since I spent a couple years in Broome, couple of wet seasons under my belt and I haven't been warm since. People look oddly at me walking around in a coat and beanie in 25 degrees
cheers

Woody2  Gee mate, when I read stuff like that it makes me realise just how lucky I am. As an average Aussie bloke of 76 bucking 77 and never had a single hint of Prostate probs, and what I read on my computer from day to day, I really believe "Life is a lottery". Good Luck mate.
