Did my daily check out, in Net-bank today and WHOOPIE, $154.23 from State Revenue DE. No explanation but, I suspect it is our annual electricity rebate for being above the 26th Parallel. Has anybody got a clue?

Yes Landy, it is a bit confusing but I am easy going if at the end of the day I get something that is like a present. We have been getting a couple of payments a year from Horizon Power, to assist with air conditioners etc in the bush. We had to fill in some paper work which wasn't all that hard. Now it seems there is no paperwork and one payment per year no Questions from a different Dept. Because I am easy going, I won't complain about them dropping a lolly into my bank Acc from time to time. It could have something to do with Royalties for the Regions in WA.
