I am tryinh ro work out what this is beside the tap...my guess its a inlet pipe cor water tank beside the normal.one...this one can connect a hose to keep water full. .. Am i right!

Not sure what you mean but behind the water flap on the RHS is a mains conection and a fill hole to fill the tank. Mine operate independent of each other. Either mains or 12v pump for the tank.
