Carad 600f caravan door

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with this dometic door. Mine is difficult to open from the inside as the 4 pins do not fully retract, so I have to pull the handle down and push the pins back in to open the door.

As I suspected this door is a problem, had a dodgy repair done where they cut out the handle slot to make it open. This only worked for a week or so. Now it's hard to open from outside as well. It's going back for repairs again next week. dometic are apparently reluctant to replace the door.

We are also having a problem with this door. One and sometimes two of the little lugs that secure the glass to the door will not grab.
Tried Glide and fiddled with the wires but that did not solve the problem.

A bloke I met at Poona last year said he had to dismantle the door to fix a problem he had with unlockng.

Are we on our own with these problems, or are the suppliers going to give us some workable remedies?
