Have had several cameras all with suction cup mounts and none will stick to the windsceen or dash of the Territory. Any suggestion or recommendation of a sensible nature.

We recently purchased a new Navman Dash Cam and the suction cap would not stick. Asked Navman for solution, they sent a new windscreen mount (same style - no charge under warranty) and we have not had an issue since. I also have navigator stuck to windscreen no problems. I just make sure I clean area with metho and moisten the suction cap before applying.
@Jade46 I ordered one of those this morning to give it a go, otherwise I have cleaned the windscreen with alcohol and wet the suction cup but still know good. I think it is the widscreen on the Territory which is the problem.
Have it back on charge as it has not been used for a long time so will wait and see if the batteries hold their charge. May be up for a new one. Thanks for the replies all help on the learning curve. PS Just do not want to tow the van with out one. Cheers

This may sound a bit dumb or might even just be a coincidence but whenever I have used a product like Armoral on the dash of a new car the windscreen forever fogs up and things like suction caps or rego labels won't stick very well. I mentioned this to the dealer when I bought this last vehicle and he said never use Armoral on the dash ordinary furniture polish will do the trick without the fumes - I haven't been game to try it yet.
I just use the leather polish when I do the seats. The Territory has a double curved screen and these cameras have a reputation of not sticking unless there is a flat area. If it is going to keep a charge and the pad I ordered does not work I will then try to get some of the 3m pads. Cheers

Gives date time where Lat,long. Google maps and voice.
Ours run continuously now for near 5 yrs.
Link does not work. When you refer to something on EvilBay remember the items are ephemeral. For a permanent reference to your device right click on the picture, click on "save picture" (or similar wording) and save the picture to your computer. Then attach the picture into your reply. That will stay there for all time.
