Retreat (Navigator) Caravans

I'm considering buying a 2016 19ft6 Retreat Navigator Van. Does anyone out there have one and are there any problems I should know about. We live in Cairns so not close to get warranty work done if needed.

Hi Stormy
Can't comment on Retreat vans but I bought an Island Star van in Adelaide and had warranty work done at two different independent van repairers, so living in Cairns should not be a problem , just ask the dealer if they will give you the same service.

We have a Retreat and when it was still under warranty we had a small problem at Gympie.

Rang Retreat and they immediately organised the repair with a caravan place at Gympie. Fixed next day and no problems.

We found Retreat very good to deal with. Much better than the Queensland dealer at the time.

They changed the dealer a few months later.
