Thanks Lorraine always a good read about your travels and what is happening or available to check out in the area at some future date.We had plans to go out to Winton and down to Emerald and then back to Hervey Bay after finishing our time at Mena Creek. However, we decided to go down the Bruce to Hervey Bay and then out to St George, Lightning Ridge, Burren Junction before making our way to Dubbo.

As you have said in your monthly blog a lot of rain and consequently big areas of water. We have not experienced so much water in road side verges, or in paddocks as well bush creeks/rivers that we cannot remember ever running. Mind you the country is a real "picture".

Thanks again for your monthly update.

Thanks CadPete and Doug,

No didn't need the bib in the high chair, Mr D refused to let me eat!

JohnR - agree, water every where, camped beside the Thomson and Cooper (next blog) to see them running. Wow.

TonyBev, Dick0 - glad that our blog may help you in some shape or form down the track

Daffy, glad to be back on the mainland, and glad to be back in familiar weather here in own state. Yes we are both well.

Cheers Lorraine
