So we have one link against lube and another for lube plus about half and half of comments.

We are no better off with the question.

My Tyre place always uses a tension wrench (Its actually Mine kept in the back of the tug) I usually have to show them how to set a micrometer setting which should help with their edification! (Aldi have them every now and again and also Super Crap Auto for about $40 or less they are about 20" long so suitable for breaking as well as tightening wheel nut money well spent for tug and van.
The main difference you will find (assuming all vans have similar diameter studs) is if the rims are Alloy or Steel.
Mine are alloy and about 131nm is the right number.
If they are steel they may need to be up to 160nm (don't quote me on this one as I have alloy and I would have to give you foot/pounds for the last steel rim I did.
Beware of the rattle gun... They sometimes over tension with rattle gun then check with tension wrench wasted effort.

Tire services use there rattle guns to spin the nuts on and finish with a tension wrench because of insuranse liability, if your tire man doesn't I would go somewhere else. I lube the tapered face of the nuts, not the thread. Also a lot of new vehicles have hollow wheel nuts and if they are over tightened, they crush and a very hard to remove.

Manu should say things like .. Tighten to hand tight .. THEN 120* [ rough figure] so no matter the resistance the tightness is much the same.. These days of legal, insurance etc. I can see why they don't tell you.. Besides ringing up .. Your possibly talking to the cleaner or secretary .
