Wireless Fridge Thermometer

With summer approaching (I hope) if you have a 3 way Frig, I have found the unit below very useful. I think its saving me gas, by setting the frig on the desired temperature and not freezing the Lettuce etc.

To getting it set up correctly just make sure you follow the battery loading instructions.

I have found the Vic company good to deal with and very helpful ( no connection other than a happy customer)

Hello PeterInSA

A good find, I must have missed this, when I was looking for one myself, so thanks for that

I have something similar, except that it does not mention fridge, and does not have a clock
I want to find out if my three way fridge is suitable for my needs, in the hotter months

I purchased it from my local JayCar shop
It is called a
Wireless In & Out LCD Thermometer

I was initially unsure if it was actually suitable for a fridge, although the specs are
Indoor temperature range: 0°C to 60°C
Outdoor temperature range: -40°C to 60°C

I have only had it about three months, and it does seem to work OK, but perhaps too early to give a review
I remove the batteries, (Alkaline AAA) when I come back to home base, just in case of any leakage, due to being cold
I keep the batteries with the thermometer, so that I will know how long they last, and then I shall try Lithium AAA batteries
