If you do feel up to it, then a local handy man should be able to do it. Hardest part is cutting the large hole.
Who ever does it, just read thru the instructions, fit it all together outside the van, just to ensure you don't have parts missing and to also see how it fits together.
Decide where it is going to be located, check there is no steel or pipes where the hole is to be cut, and also where the ducting/outlets are going. Best to have the inlet away from the hot air outlet. Also where are you going to mount the diesel tank.

Iv said it before and I will say it every time I see a post about diesel heaters . When there installed make sure the exhaust and inlet pipes are more than 1500 mm from the gases regulator .( it's the law)
