This subject started me thinking a bit. My homebase is now northern suburbs of Brisbane Qld.

From The Entance NSW

Have lived at different times Sydney, Gosford, Mangrove Mtn. NSW went across with 2 bags to Auckland & Rotorua NZ, come back with 3 bags hoping to settle down tried Umina, Bateau Bay, Wyoming.

Hoping for a sea change moved to Yarraman QLD, kids needed better education on the move once again to the city.

Now fairly well settled after 4 moves within 25 years in the same area, finally  down sizing into our neat small home in the Northern suburb of Brisbane.

So truly I live in a state of confusion and in amazement.

At the drop of a hat we can be in the car taking the caravan with us without much planning and go wandering but adding to that we also like coming home for R & R.

We are great at being part time Nomads?

Melbourne, vic. Best of both worlds, north in winter, home for summer. Have not had a winter for the past 4 years, since we purchased our van.
