Check your computer date and time (bottom right corner).

Web sites that use a secure system (https rather than http) use what is called a certificate to negotiate a connection. If the certificate is out of date you will get that warning from your browser.

Usually on commercial web sites it is not the certificate that is out but your clock and so Windows believes the certificate to be expired or not valid and warns you.

If your PC keeps losing time or wont hold its clock settings, this indictaes that the onboard button cell battery (usually a CR2032) has run flat.
Usually the onboard battery is never used and should last the life of your PC but if you turn off your desktop PC at the wall or allow your portable PC to run out of power then it must use that button cell and they will fail usually within 1 year.

My virus checker told me that the website had a trojan virus in it. A few others and myself told the mob and the website was down for a few days. It was down again last night.

If your virus checker did not alert you to this problem you may need a better virus checker
