I actually made my own.

But I believe you can obtain them on eBay.

this topic came up only about 2 weeks ago, so try doing a search (at the top of the page) for lots of ideas of various signs.

I just went to Bunnings and bought letterbox self adhesive stickers that made up "CH 40" and put them beside the brand name of my 'van at the rear. Anyone, like truckies, who want to call me just call up "Supreme caravan"....

Cost - about $10, depending on the size stickers you want.

From previous posts, most people don't put their forenames on their vans, for various reasons

Got a UHF 40/18 sticker off e-bay from a mob in Queensland (http://beejdesigns.com.au/ last week for $5.50. Sign is OK but it was sent via normal snail mail instead of the express post delivery I paid extra for - not impressed.

Saw that one, but was hoping to get one already made up.

Agree with your comment about putting names on sign.  Might just use "SNIPPY"
