New to Grey Nomads

Hi All

My wife and I have been camping for many years, owned a caravan for about years now and while we never thought we'd be "grey nomads", we are enjoying camping in our caravan so much we are away in it every other weekend on average ever since we bought it.  We are still working full time but can see a time in the next decade where we'll be on the road full time.

Particularly interested in other campers who are musicians, we both play and sing and love nothing better than sharing music around a campfire.  We are currently based on Mt Tamborine in SE Queensland.

Welcome tonyob

we are a happy bunch in here and only too happy to share the wisdom of experience.

do a search to find answers to your questions or pop a question into the appropriate section of the forum.

I am sure the chief of cheer will be along to welcome you as will some of my other fellow members.

Welcome to the gang tonyob, enjoy here and out in the playground.

You wouldn't want to be around a camp fire while I'm singing mate, I would be on my own withing seconds. KFC and Woody might be able to sing though confuse  Hey Jim has a good song about Jayco too smile He loves 'em so much he wrote a love song smile

Hello tonyob

As the others above have already said

Welcome to this great forum, and enjoy all your weekends away, until you can finally join us, for longer periods, in the playground

I have yet to meet any musicians around the camp fire, but I will now start listening out for them
I can assure you that some of us who are not talented enough to join the musical arena, enjoy listening, just as much as the musicians enjoy performing
