If anyone is in the Barcaldine Qld area and you want a quiet place to stay this is a great place. http://kuiparks.com.au/parks/qld/item/roses-n-things

The Barcaldine Show is on Saturday 7th May.

Roses 'n Things Van Park at 44 Coolibah Street Barcaldine only has 11 sites all grassed. It has a gazebo area with free gas bbq and pizza oven and seating. Also the owner Gaye runs a delightful Cafe' with great food and gorgeous garden seating plus a sweet boutique gift shop. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here. We are staying a week at only $180 but if a member of Kui Parks a further 10% off that.
