WA trip delayed

Our trip to WA for a couple a of years has been delayed for a bit due to the need to have the injectors replaced in the Crusier. It's been an interesting excise, the cost to have them serviced is about $2200 and to have them replaced is about the same.

We are going down the replace road as we might as well start with new injectors but the only issues is that it make take 6 to 8 weeks for them to arrive as it appears no one holds them in stock.  I guess we will just make use of the time to spend time with family and friends.

We to have had to postpone our trip to WA for a couple of weeks as the inverter on our home solar has decided to cease functioning. The new one has to come from Sydney and will hopefully arrive today but with Monday being a public holiday in Qld. it won't be installed and checked before the middle of next week. We were nearly out the driveway when we discovered the problem.

So WA roads will be safe for a little longer yet - just kidding guys lol. The weather over here is terrible at the moment anyway - very windy, lots of showers, sometimes cold (well for us WAers it is). Its almost like a moderate Melbourne climate - sun/rain/wind all on the same day

Not sure if that was a typo but it is an accurate one.

You will be pleased to hear yesterday was the first day where the temp didn't reach 35 at Karratha since Nov. It is starting to cool down however there has only been 7mm of rain over the wet season here and it is basically as dry as it gets.
