Love our Bailey Unicorn caravan. Very disappointed with after sales support. We have now had 2 occasions whereby we have needed parts. A microwave had to be replaced under guarantee. To get a Baileys microwave replacement we would have had to wait for 6 weeks. Early November, we sustained relatively minor damage. We are still waiting for replacement parts. I have now contacted Baileys in England and will keep you posted. In the meantime we can't use our van.  For those considering a European van, I recommend asking the question about replacement parts.
