Ryobi 18V 25w led work light

Hi all,

We went down to the big Green Shed to get a 18V Ryobi 25W led lamp to use under the van to work on the fixers that need to be done. this pumps out 2100 lumins for 4hours + on a 4amp battery charge.

It turns night into day and made the job of fixing our electrical brake wiring a very quick job yesterday. They have the twin battery 5Amp packs back at the original price of $199.sale, down from the current $249. We are going to use it on our trip coming up in the next few months.

I have a collection of Ryobi 36v outdoor tools - mower, hedger, whipper snipper. Really like them. Last week I started on the 18v collection after I finally had three power tools give up on me (2 battery, 1 mains) in the last few weeks. Lashed out and got a hammer drill with 2 batteries and a charger. When the piggy bank builds up again, planning to add a few more tools.

They have an 18v chain saw, seriously looking at it to avoid the petrol need and smells as well as the electric ones being a lot cheaper than the petrol.

Sure it cant eat through as much a diameter as a petrol but i would only be looking to chop up roadside dead wood so 10-15cm stuff tops and the product spec says it is good for 20cm

Checked a few reviews and they all seem impressed,

Any comments from you guys?
